I have placed an Order. How do I know if it’s confirmed?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation Email and SMS. It will include your order number and estimated time of delivery.

You can track your order through multiple ways, mentioned below:
-You can Login to our Website from your registered email address and track your order in "My Orders" section
-You can track your order through the specific link sent to you via SMS and Email, after order is shipped.

Will I get a call before delivery is attempted?
Yes, you will receive a call on the day the delivery is to be attempted. In case you are not available at your address, you can ask the courier person to deliver the products the next day.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim at delivering the products as fast as we can. It generally takes 5-7 working days to fulfill the delivery. However, due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, flight delays, improper logistics infrastructure etc. the delivery might take longer.
Can elanorhomes Cancel/revoke my order?
elanorhomes holds complete right to change/withdraw/revoke/cancel any order or offers at any given time without any prior knowledge or information to the customers.

Refund policy
Returns & Replacement Policy
At elanorhomes, every product is packed with love and care.
We currently do not offer returns once a product has been delivered.
However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team at elanorhomes@gmail.com

- Details of the issue (e.g., missing items, breakage, damage)
- An unboxing video clearly showing the original packaging and the delivered item

Refund Policy
Upon verification as per the Returns & Replacement Policy, we will provide either a refund or a replacement, as applicable.
- Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 15 working days of approval.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please provide your bank account details to receive the refund.
- If your order is marked as “delivered” but not received, please notify us within 48 hours of the status update so we can investigate and assist you accordingly. No refunds shall be provided if the issue is not reported within the specified time limit.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before the product is dispatched from our end.
In case of cancellation, a 2.5% deduction will be applied to cover payment gateway charges.
If delivery is attempted but not accepted and the product is returned to us for a prepaid order, a flat ₹200 deduction will be made to cover logistics and handling.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund within 15 working days after approval, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing time may vary.
